Who we are

X Offices BV and its subsidiaries offer their clients office solutions including (flexible) office space, meeting rooms and various office-related products and services.
X Offices BV has its registered office at Strawinskylaan 257, 1077 XX in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. X Offices BV is registered under the Chamber of Commerce number 87594242.

Personal data and the way we process them

We collect data in different ways. We collect data via cookies (only if you allow it) and when you provide your personal data to us, for example, by booking a tour or a meeting room.
Your IP-address can be processed when you agree to the placing of cookies during your visit to our website. The placing of cookies helps us better our website and make it more customer-friendly.
If you book a meeting room or rent an office space, you will be asked to provide your contact details (such as your (company) name, e-mail, telephone number, etc.) and your financial details (such as your credit card number, your billing address, etc.). Your credit card details will only be used for the billing and payment processing of the products and services that you have ordered. Your credit card details can also be used for the prevention of fraud.
We may also use your contact information to send you information about other products and services from us, as well as promotional material from our marketing partners that may be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive this advertising material, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe button.

The purposes for which we use your data

We collect personal data for the following purposes:

  • to provide our services to you;
  • to communicate with you (e.g. to answer your questions or to handle a complaint);
  • for work preparation and fraud prevention;
  • for the execution of contracts;
  • by legal obligation.

We cannot perform the above if you do not provide us your data.

Your credit card details will not be kept longer than necessary unless you give us your consent to keep your credit card details for future purchases.

Newsletters

You are automatically registered for the newsletters of the business centre where you have rented an office space. Your name and e-mail address will be used to send you the newsletters. This way we can keep you informed of everything that is new within the business centre. If you do not want to receive our newsletters, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe button.

Customer service

If you have a question, you can call, e-mail or chat with our customer service via our website. In order to be of good service to you, we can ask you for your personal data. We can also record telephone conversations for training purposes.

Fighting fraud

Your personal data can be used to prevent, investigate and to fight fraud. Your data can be provided to the government, judicial authority or other relevant authorities.

Protection and data breach obligation

We respect your privacy and strive to protect it. We take the necessary technical and organizational measures in accordance with the industry standards to protect your personal data against loss or unlawful use. We guarantee to the extent possible, the protection of the privacy of all visitors of our website. This means that we also require our partners to make maximum efforts to protect your data. If there is a data breach, we will notify the authority and the affected person(s) within 72 hours of the discovery of the data breach.

Minors

If you are 16 or younger, you may only use our website under the supervision of your parents or legal representatives. We do not knowingly collect data from children younger than 13 years old. Minors do not fall under our target group.

Terms and conditions

Dutch law applies to all conflicts and disputes. All conflicts and disputes will be settled by the Dutch court in Amsterdam. The Dutch version of this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions are the legal version.
